We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada.

With inventory available in both the United States and Canada, orders are fulfilled and shipped domestically whenever possible based on the customer’s location. This helps us provide faster delivery and avoid unnecessary cross-border shipping delays.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and shipping carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. HSP is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
